Sampling of instruments is permitted for use in the single, above-designated project. No sampling for purposes of creating so-called “virtual instruments," library use or any other purposes is permitted. Violation of the no-sampling policy shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of rental fees.
